What is your Covid Policy?

We will require either a vaccination card or a negative PCR test from within two days of the ball if you are unwell. If you feel sick with a fever/ cough etc please do not attend.

Is the food allergen friendly?

Our food will be  nut free- other allergens friendly options are available. Please email us with dietary restrictions. We will have vegetarian options. 

What is your refund policy?

All Tickets are Non-Refundable but are Transferrable!

Are your events open to all ages?

When we serve alcohol, events are 21+. IDs checked at the door.

Where do your events take place?

Event locations will be listed on each event page or ticketing page.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased through the event page on our website.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Availability depends on the event. If door sales are offered, that will be noted on the event page.

Are tickets refundable?

No.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. As long as both parties let us know before the event.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

You can use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Will I still get important event emails if I unsubscribe?

Yes. You may still receive transactional or event-related messages, such as confirmations or important updates.
